Due to a high demand for our winter tours we are we now launching a 1.5h FjordSafari tour, in addition to our already popular Winter Fjordsafari (2.5h).
Explore the stunning Aurlandsfjord and the start of the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord on a 1.5-hour open RBB boat tour.
Enjoy snowy mountains, frozen waterfalls, and listen to fascinating stories told by your boat driver/guide.
Our turning point for this tour is at the impressive Sagfossen Waterfall.
Snowshoe hike- a NEW daily afternoon tour!
We are excited to launch an additional departure for our daily snowshoe hike, this time in the afternoon!
This tour takes you from Flåm up into the mountains, offering spectacular views of the Aurlandsfjord. We will make a stop at the popular Stegastein Viewpoint before starting the hike. During the 1.5-hour hike, your guide will share insights into mountain farm life, the dramatic nature and local culture. Along the way we will take several breaks and serve a warm drink while enjoying the views.
Choose between a morning or afternoon departure - both equally memorable adventures. Throughout the season the winter light will change and days get longer. When needed we will bring headlamps. The soft lights and the rising and setting of the sun is beautiful this time of the year! We will keep our fingers crossed for shimmering snow, clear skies, sunset and maybe even some stars in the afternoon.
