Join us for an exhilarating adventure that takes you from the fjord to the mountains!

We begin the day with a 1 hour and 15-minute FjordSafari boat ride through the stunning Aurlandsfjord and toward the entrance of the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord.

On our return journey, we will stop at the Skjerdal pier to start our hike toward Skjerdal Stølsysteri, a traditional mountain goat farm. The hike takes approximately 2 hours and climbs to an elevation of 400 meters, offering spectacular fjord views along the way. Please note: This steep hike requires a good fitness level since we will be hiking for 2 hours uphill.

At the farm, our hostess will guide us through the production of traditional goat cheese and share insights into life in the mountains. In this idyllic setting, you can relax on the farmhouse terrace and enjoy a goat cheese tasting along with a delicious lunch made from locally produced ingredients.

After our visit, we hike back down to the road in Skjerdal (about 30 minutes) before returning to Flåm by minibus.
